bamfram Launch Ticket Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Sponsor

bamfram (“Sponsor”), operator of bamfram.com.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of bamfram and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry window

This is a single giveaway, open nationwide — wherever you are in the US. Entries are open now and close when bamfram opens to the public (“launch”). Sponsor will announce the exact launch date on bamfram.com at least 7 days in advance, and in no case later than June 30, 2027. The winner will be drawn within 7 days after entries close.

How to enter

You can earn entries any of these ways — they all stack:

• Join the waitlist at bamfram.com — 1 entry.
• Refer a friend — share your personal link from the waitlist confirmation page or email; each friend who joins the waitlist using your link earns you 3 additional entries. Fake, duplicate, or self-referred signups (e.g. signing up multiple times yourself, or using your own link) are void and will be removed.
• Free alternate entry, no purchase or waitlist signup required — email contact@bamfram.com with your full name, email address, and city, and ask to be entered in the giveaway. Limit one free alternate entry per person.

Limit: entries are tied to one person — don't create multiple accounts or email addresses to gain extra entries.

Prize

Sponsor will award, by random drawing, two (2) tickets to a live event near the winner's own metro area. The specific event(s) and date(s) will be selected by Sponsor based on availability near the winner at the time of the drawing.

Approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize: up to $300. Actual value may vary based on the event selected. No cash alternative; the prize is not transferable.

Winner selection

The winner is chosen by random drawing, weighted by the number of entries each eligible person has when entries close (more entries mean a proportionally better chance, never a guarantee). One winner is drawn from among all eligible entries nationwide. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

Winner notification

The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing. The winner may be asked to confirm eligibility and provide information needed to deliver the prize. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within a reasonable time, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

General conditions

By entering, you agree to these official rules and to bamfram's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway (including these rules) if it's unable to run as planned, with notice posted on this page. Sponsor's decisions are final.
